Terms of Use

By creating an account or using akhi.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using akhi.ai on behalf of a masjid, charity, or business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

akhi.ai is a voice AI platform. We provide inbound and outbound voice agents, messaging, a knowledge base, and related tools so you can answer and place calls for your organization. The service is for operations. It is not a source of religious rulings. See clause 8.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

akhi.ai is a halal-only platform. We refuse riba banking, alcohol, gambling, conventional insurance, pork, adult content, dating, and escort services at the platform level. The full list is public and permanent.

You also agree not to use the service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, deceive, defraud, or impersonate anyone
• Place calls or send messages without the consent the law requires
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

Outbound campaigns are consent gated. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to contact every number you upload and for following the calling laws of each recipient's region, including local hours and do not call rules. akhi.ai discloses that calls are AI by default and stops calling anyone who asks. You remain the sender of record for your campaigns.

Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of voice minutes. Usage beyond the included minutes is billed at your plan's overage rate, shown to you in advance. The free trial includes a fixed number of minutes; when they run out, calling pauses rather than charging you, so there is no surprise bill. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You own the information you give us: your website content, documents, schedules, and contact lists. You grant akhi.ai the limited license needed to operate your agents, such as retrieving your knowledge during a call. You can export or delete your data, and we delete it on request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Al-Azhar and Egypt's Dar al-Ifta have ruled that AI tafsir and fatwa are impermissible, and we agree. akhi.ai answers operational questions for your organization. It does not issue fatwas or religious rulings, and it defers to a qualified human scholar on fiqh and creed. Do not rely on the service for religious guidance.

The akhi.ai platform, brand, and software are owned by akhi.ai and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership in the platform to you. You keep ownership of your own content as described in clause 7.

The service is provided on an as is basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every call, transcription, or answer is free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, akhi.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using akhi.ai at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if use threatens the platform or other customers, or if a vertical falls outside our halal-only policy. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we make a material change, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
