How does the free trial work?

Sign up with no credit card. You get 60 voice minutes total to test inbound and outbound calls with every feature enabled. When your 60 minutes run out, calling pauses automatically. No surprise bill. Upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

What happens when I hit my monthly minute cap?

On paid plans, calls continue past the included minutes at your plan's overage rate: $0.79/min on Lite, $1.50/min on Starter, Growth, and Scale. You'll see usage in real time. On the free trial, calling pauses at 60 minutes rather than charging overage.

How does overage billing work?

Overage is charged per minute at the end of your billing cycle. We bill in 30-second pulses. Calls under 10 seconds (wrong number, missed connect) do not count. The meter stops the moment a human reviewer takes over a call.

Do you charge for sensitive-topic hand-offs?

No. The moment akhi defers to your imam, scholar, or designated reviewer on a fiqh question or a sensitive donor conversation, the meter stops. You only pay for the voice agent's time, not the human reviewer's. This is core to adab. We do not charge for restraint.

How are voice minutes counted?

Actual conversation time, billed in 30-second pulses, both inbound and outbound. Calls under 10 seconds do not count. Voicemails left by the agent are billed at half-rate. Hand-offs to a human stop the meter immediately.

Can I use my own API keys to reduce costs?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We support BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) for LLM providers, TTS, and STT. You pay vendor cost directly and we charge a thin platform fee on top. This is the right move for charities running large Ramadan outbound campaigns or masjid networks at multi-org scale.

Do you offer volume discounts beyond Scale?

Yes, via Enterprise contracts. We negotiate per-minute rates and a committed monthly volume with masjid networks, large charities, and halal franchise operators. Better rates apply around 25,000+ minutes per month, typical for a masjid network running Jummah reminders, Ramadan donor campaigns, and iftar coordination across multiple sites.

What languages are live today?

At launch (early access): English, Arabic (MSA + Gulf), and Urdu. On the public roadmap: Indonesian, Malay, Turkish, Bengali, French (Maghreb), Somali, Hausa, Pashto, Dari, and additional Arabic dialects. We add a language only after native-speaker adab review passes. Never a beta-quality launch into a Muslim-vernacular tongue.

Will you take haram-vertical customers at any price?

No. Riba banking, alcohol, gambling, conventional insurance, adult content, and pork producers are refused at the platform level. Permanently. The full halal-business filter is public. This is brand and liability protection, not a limitation we'll quietly waive for a big check.
