Your privacy matters. This policy explains how akhi.ai collects, uses, and protects your information. Pre-launch posture applies: we don't sell or share customer data with third parties for their marketing, and we don't use early-access list data for outbound campaigns until you ask us to.

- Email address when you join the early-access list
- Organization name and type (masjid, charity, halal business, recruiter)
- Communication preferences
We also collect basic analytics data to improve the service: page views, general usage patterns, performance signals. We don't track individual behavior across other websites.

We use your information to:
- Send you updates about akhi.ai and your early-access status
- Communicate about features relevant to your organization type
- Improve the product and the experience
- Respond to your questions
3. Data protection
Industry-standard security measures protect your data. Information is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is strictly limited to team members who need it to provide the service.

4. Data sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
We may share data with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, hosting, voice telephony providers). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and process it only on our instructions.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from our communications at any time
